Meat Ball Recipe – For Spaghetti

How to make Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs meat (can combine beef, veal, pork)
  • 1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 – 1 cup of parmesan cheese or Romano
  • 1 tsp of salt per lb
  • 1 clove of garlic per lb
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 Large Onion – about 1 cup
  • Extras: Pancetta or bacon.  Water to make more juicy meatballs

Output: Makes about 30 2 inch meatballs

Instructions

Caramelize the onions and let cool

Mix all of the ingredients

Deep fry or bake the meatballs
