How to make Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs meat (can combine beef, veal, pork)
- 1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 – 1 cup of parmesan cheese or Romano
- 1 tsp of salt per lb
- 1 clove of garlic per lb
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 Large Onion – about 1 cup
- Extras: Pancetta or bacon. Water to make more juicy meatballs
Output: Makes about 30 2 inch meatballs
Instructions
Caramelize the onions and let cool
Mix all of the ingredients
Deep fry or bake the meatballs
